Welcome to Trance Solve - Hypnotherapy Bristol
Natasha is a qualified hypnotherapist and solution-focused brief psychotherapist. She qualified from the leading hypnotherapy centre in the South West, The Clifton Practice.
Natasha is passionate about the benefits of hypnotherapy and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to meet the needs of clients. She has experience treating a range of conditions such as; depression, low self-esteem, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and pain. Her keen interests and specialisms are; anxiety, phobias, addictions and relaxation therapy. An essential part of her practice is tailoring packages to each individual’s needs, based on a thorough initial consultation and subsequent information gathering. Natasha also offers email coaching in between sessions if needed.
Professionalism is essential to Natasha’s practice, and she engages in continued development which includes training and supervision. Keeping up-to-date with the latest in neuroscience research is significant to achieving long-lasting success. Natasha strives to gain the latest knowledge and applies it when relevant to a client’s symptoms. Scientific information will also be discussed in sessions, as one of the most important aspects to the therapy is an understanding of the brain and how conditions are created. Natasha has a science based undergraduate and masters degree and seeks to continuously advance treatments for clients.
Other areas that Natasha enjoys are the practices of mindfulness, meditation and personal development. As a flexible practitioner Natasha is willing to adapt in a person-centred way based on weekly analysis. She enjoys incorporating the techniques of cognitive behavioural therapy and the human givens approach. Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) will also be used in sessions as Natasha has a diploma in NLP skills.
She states: “Qualifying as a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist has been life-changing, one of the best feelings in the world is sharing techniques and knowledge that can help a person to transform their life and overcome difficulties. The therapy that I practice can be likened to a form of training, as the client is a full participant and all the approaches can be used between sessions and following completion of therapy. Change is not always a 12-week process, but rather a shift in thinking, behaviour and perception that can transform one’s life. This means that we will communicate effectively, share our understanding of sessions and set achievable goals. Most of all sessions are warm, friendly and a safe space for you to make the changes that you need.”
Alongside therapeutic work Natasha is a qualified social worker. She has experience working with older adults, physical health problems, diseases, mental health, learning difficulties and young people involved with the criminal justice system. Her interests outside of the work environment include folk music, story telling, and walking.
